In-Home Meal Prep
Our mission is to make “enjoyable eating” a no-brainer. We live and work in the same communities you do. We are proud to support local vendors, while focusing on real, whole foods. We are experienced with GF, DF, Paleo, Anti-Histamine, Anti-Inflammatory, Vegan, Vegetarian and Keto Diets. We are also happy to use the groceries of your choosing (IE all organic, pasture-raised, etc).
We go to the grocery store (and/or farm stand), pick up high-quality ingredients, and then cook in the comfort of your home. (No need to be home, we’ll let ourselves in, and lock up behind us). Meals are ready for you when you need them, and leftovers are placed in the fridge for the week. It generally takes a few hours from start to finish. Oh, and we clean the kitchen!
